Email marketing for New Albany & Kentuckiana small businesses

Steady, friendly notes home.

Email is the cheapest, most direct line back to the customers you've already won. I build the automations, write the broadcasts, and tend the list — quietly, monthly, in your voice.

$640 / month

What's included · the kit

Everything you need to open the doors.

No surprise add-ons or "phase two" bills. Every site I ship comes with the things below — for one flat number I agree on up front.

01
Platform setup or migration

I pick the right platform (it's probably not the one you're on) and set it up properly — lists, tags, deliverability, the works.

02
Welcome + nurture automations

A welcome series that sounds like a human wrote it. Plus the longer nurture flow that quietly does the work for the next 60 days.

03
Newsletter broadcasts

Written in your voice, monthly or weekly depending on your plan. Not "Here's our news!" — actually useful, actually worth opening.

04
Signup forms + popups

On your site, on social, in your shop — wherever makes sense. With clear value, not 'subscribe for updates.'

05
List health + deliverability

I prune dead addresses, watch your sender reputation, and keep you out of the promotions tab. The boring work that matters most.

06
Monthly report (in English)

Open rate, click rate, list growth, and what changed. Plus one thing I want to try next month.

How it goes · the timeline

From hello to launch,
in about 4 weeks.

I move at a steady working pace, with a weekly review you don't have to chase me for. I'm a texter, so quick questions get quick answers. Every step has a deliverable; nothing's a mystery.

Week 0
Audit

I look at your current platform, list, and send history. Tell you what's working, what's broken, and what to keep.

Week 1
Setup

Migration (if needed), proper segmentation, signup forms, deliverability basics.

Weeks 2–3
Build

Welcome series + nurture flow written, designed, and tested in your voice.

Week 4+
Tend

Live. I send the broadcasts, watch the metrics, prune the list, and report monthly.

FAQ · the usual questions

Things folks tend to ask.

Don't see your question? Text me — I usually answer the same day.

Most local small businesses do well on Mailchimp or Beehiiv. Shops with a real product catalog need something sturdier, with deeper automation and storefront hooks. I'll tell you straight which fits, and move you if you're on the wrong one.

My two standard cadences are monthly and weekly. Monthly is plenty for most local businesses; weekly is the most I'd recommend before you start training people to tune you out. Want something in between, like every other week? That's an easy custom plan. Just ask.

Yes, and that's fine. A healthy list is a tended one. I aim for unsubscribes under 0.5% per send, which is the industry's quiet way of saying 'people actually like your emails.'

I set up the on-site signup forms, lead magnets, and the welcome flow that converts. Outright list-buying or aggressive list-rental? No. It tanks deliverability, and I won't do it.

Yes. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene, sender reputation. The unsexy plumbing that decides whether your emails land in the inbox or the promotions tab.

Yes. Abandoned-cart, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment. I'll set you up on whatever platform fits your store, with the flows wired in. Done right, these flows are usually the fastest-paying work in email.

Free 30-min call. I'll listen, ask a lot, and tell you straight if I'm the right fit. If not, I probably know someone who is.
